Patient Discharge Steps from the Hospital
- Issuance of discharge order by the attending physician
- Completion of the patient's medical record in the ward
- Accompanying family member visits the accounting unit
- Receiving the bill and payment receipt
- Payment via POS terminal or bank visit
- Receiving the discharge letter from the discharge accounting unit
- Accompanying family member returns to the ward and patient leaves the hospital
Required Information for Patient Discharge

Patients can be discharged from the hospital from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Bringing a bank card for payment will speed up the discharge process.

Patients with supplementary insurance must provide a referral letter to the clinic accounting unit at admission or during hospitalization. Otherwise, the discharge unit will not be responsible for insurance-related issues at the time of discharge.
