      Designing and implementing specialized educational programs to enhance nurses’ scientific, practical, and professional competencies in cardiovascular care, emergency medicine, and critical care.
    • Documentation and Record Keeping
      Maintaining accurate records and documentation of nursing activities, educational programs, and professional development initiatives.
    • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation System
      Establishing modern performance evaluation systems with clear and measurable indicators to continuously monitor and improve service quality.
    • Human Resource Planning
      Scientific and optimal allocation of nursing personnel in emergency and critical care units to ensure effective coverage during critical moments of patient care.
