The mission of this Deputy is to provide and deliver specialized and subspecialized healthcare services related to the treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular patients in line with preserving and promoting public health. It strives to uphold principles of equity and patient-centered care in order to improve health outcomes and reduce the burden of diseases, injuries, and accidents within the covered population through supervision, education, and management of treatment and rehabilitation programs. Furthermore, it ensures that healthcare services and resources provided by healthcare units comply with established standards and guarantee safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through the utilization of experienced, specialized, and motivated personnel.
- Supervising the allocation and utilization of funds provided by the Ministry of Health for patient care.
