The Deputy for Treatment at Rajaie Cardiovascular Medical and Research Center is responsible for overseeing all treatment-related activities, including close supervision of healthcare services provided in inpatient and outpatient departments, as well as ensuring the provision of equipment, human resources, and regulatory oversight.
  • Vision

    This Deputy aims to utilize all available resources, expertise, and the most appropriate technologies based on strategic planning to serve as a center for evaluation, supervision, accreditation, and excellence in clinical services, becoming a model at both national and regional levels.

  • Mission

    The mission of this Deputy is to provide and deliver specialized and subspecialized healthcare services related to the treatment and rehabilitation of cardiovascular patients in line with preserving and promoting public health. It strives to uphold principles of equity and patient-centered care in order to improve health outcomes and reduce the burden of diseases, injuries, and accidents within the covered population through supervision, education, and management of treatment and rehabilitation programs. Furthermore, it ensures that healthcare services and resources provided by healthcare units comply with established standards and guarantee safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through the utilization of experienced, specialized, and motivated personnel.

  • General Objectives

    - Supervising the allocation and utilization of funds provided by the Ministry of Health for patient care.
    - Updating safety standards in accordance with national accreditation requirements.
    - Planning to enhance the efficiency of affiliated units and implementing programs and indicators aimed at accelerating treatment processes for both inpatient and outpatient services, while encouraging the participation of staff, experts, and physicians.
    - Monitoring the absorption and utilization of financial resources allocated by the Ministry for patients.
    - Striving to maintain and improve both the quality and quantity of services in accordance with current standards and patient expectations.
    - Pursuing continuous improvement and enhancement of healthcare service quality in affiliated units through proposed solutions and ongoing evaluations.
